A Quickie

It's late and I'm wiped.

Mr. JB picked up the new wheels today and it's so cute! I can't wait to learn how to drive stick shift so I can take it out for a spin! He has promised to take me out this weekend, so we'll have to see if we don't kill one another while he teaches me!

Little JP was at school today. His mom came in to speak to the principal and VP. Apparently she's went to court today to get some legal paperwork about custody. JP's dad showed up at the end of the day yesterday looking for him, but he had gone home early. I really hope that he's at school tomorrow since it's his 7th birthday. He was so excited today about his birthday! It broke my heart to think what he was going home to after school.

In cycle news, I still had good quality CM (I had 10KL and 10CKL today). Mr. JB and I trying a new experiment with this cycle. We were bd'ing every other day, but this month we decided to try every day that I saw fertile CM. He's pretty happy about it, I do have to admit!

I'm trying my best to stay hopeful amid all of this good baby news. I have to admit that it's been tough for me despite being thrilled for Sew and Jeremiah. It's tough having the green-eyed monster of jealousy on one's shoulder. Their miracles are proof that there is a plan for all of us and that we just have to trust.

Trust and surrender and believe.

I will have my miracle one day. I just have to be patient.

    I beleive it!!!

Bd'ing every other night is good! This last cycle we committed to use as many days as we had energy for :) I am still amazed we had a different outcome!

Praying for you my friend and for JP!

  3. Ah, the green-eyed monster of jealousy. My monster appears from time to time, even when happy things are announced - it's human nature. As happy as we are for others, we can't help it. And it seems as much as we have, it never goes away...

Praying for your miracle. Hoping that JP is at school tomorrow to celebrate his birthday. You are such an awesome, caring teacher.

  5. If you recall, I just posted about the green eyed monster the other day, and then two of our fellow bloggy friends had good news. And of course, I'm thrilled. I just want it to be me too! So, I know how you feel.

  8. I received a small wooden figure from my sweet friend/yoga teacher and fellow once upon a time infertile... it was of an angel sitting and her name was patience. I perfect reminder for me to stay grounded and patient as we wait to become parents ourselves.

it will happen... I believe you will get there as will I :-)

  9. I hope your miracle comes too! Unlike watching fertile people get pregnant right and left, seeing our infertile friends get pregnant or adopt makes me feel like YES, it could ACTUALLY HAPPEN TO ME!
But yes, I'm so ready to be a parent and it's still hard to just wait...
    Good luck this cycle!

  10. I'm praying for you JB. I think trying everyday of fertile CM is a great idea if you have the time and energy. I can definitely understand having a bit of jealously despite being happy for others (especially Jeremiah and Sew). You WILL have your miracle as you said.

  11. I like the switch up! We used to do every day and then got tired before I O'd, so we switched to every other day and that has been working out nicely! I think change up is good! Congrats on the new car - I never learned to drive stick either!

Your time will come my friend, keep that positive attitiude!
