I got an urgent e-mail from my FCP practioner today to do a survey for the Expert Panel on Infertility and Adoption. The online survey's deadline is today, so if you're able please go to this link:

The survey doesn't take much time -- I completed it in less than 10 minutes. There are boxes to include your opinion and personal experiences.
Please, if you have the time, complete the survey. Hopefully "the man" will listen to those of us that have gone through and are going through infertility.
